What is TOM?

TOM is a Training Management System that allows countries to manage their veterinarian training capacity. TOM supports the training capacity of member nations through a competency framework. This framework provides recognition to individual learners and allows country managers to monitor the completion of training on a national scale.

There are three types of users for this application.

  1. Country Managers (CMs)
  2. Learners (veterinarians)
  3. Training Focal Point (EuFMD people)
